Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Gr. 2 ( medium body, clean, fruity aroma, high acidity)
Farmers often supplement their meager income by harvesting the wild coffee trees that still proliferate the Yirgacheffe region. This particular co-op produces a uniquely sweet and balanced coffee that is sparkly clean and refreshing.
Decaf Ethiopia Sidamo (floral tones,fruity,medium body,high acidity)
From the birthplace of coffee, we bring you this jewel with its good acidity. The undertones are fruitlike and flowery.
